Encriptación HTTPS por plataforma con Chrome
A principios de 2015, comenzamos a medir el predominio de las conexiones HTTPS gracias a
los usuarios de Chrome que
comparten las estadísticas
de uso. En los gráficos que se encuentran a continuación, se muestra el crecimiento en el uso del protocolo HTTPS en diversas plataformas y
países o regiones. Los usuarios de computadoras de escritorio cargan más de la mitad de las páginas que ven a través de HTTPS y pasan
dos tercios de su tiempo en páginas HTTPS. Este protocolo es menos frecuente en sitios a los que se accede a través de dispositivos móviles,
pero vemos que la tendencia va en aumento.

Uso de HTTPS en Chrome en todo el mundo
En algunos países o regiones, el uso de HTTPS está creciendo con más rapidez. Por ejemplo, el
predominio de HTTPS aumentó más rápido en Rusia que en Japón, donde el uso de este protocolo ha
crecido con más lentitud.
